Dear Lola
I have recently received a copy of your wonderful "Bread, Buns and Breakfasts" book as a gift. Most of the gluten free books I have are by an American author, Bette Hagman- "The Gluten Free Gourmet."For the last seven years I have been using her recipes and have struggled along, but at least the ones that did turn out were edible.
I am absolutely delighted to have an Australian book with such great variations and your flour blend is a joy to work with. It is nice not to have to use guar and xanthan gum that caused painful flatulance and bloating. Thank you so much for the time and effort that you have given to the coeliac's with this wonderful publication.

WHEAT FREE WORLD
Dear Lola, I made your basic pastry today,
it worked ! I have tried other gluten free pastry recipes and they were a disaster, hard and
horrible, wouldn't roll out and was like a
rock to eat; not a good experience. Today I made
a curried vegetable pie, the whole family like it, pastry and all, after my last attempt they were a bit nervous and just quietly so was I. The more I try
your recipes the more excited I get,
