Measure cold water
into a saucepan
Sprinkle gelatine,salt and sugar and leave to soften a few minutes, Weigh butter and chop into pieces Prepare trays as directed on recipe sheet Tap to remove surplus flour
weigh flour, add sugar & salt Add the chopped butter to saucepan Heat as directed before adding flour Combine all ingredients return to heat and cook until a ball forms
cool slightly before mixing Beat well with electric mixer before adding eggs one at a time Piping bag in jug for easy filling Pour into piping bag
Pipe or spoon into prepared tray Fill pans to top or pipe into eclair tray prepared as directed on recipe sheet Bake in a hot ovenpuffs until puffs are golden and dry.
